|Recommended: YesGreat Experience, Great Staff, Overall Nice Apt Complex — It's a great environment to be around. Overall there staff and maintenance try their best to keep their tenents happy. The location is a bit controversial due to incident involving parking and car break ins, but due to their inside parking it's avoidable. It was a great price for the things that were offered, and their fully furnished agreement was awesome.

The Chill Zone is the best, you get to meet and socialize with other residents easily. The staff are dedicated and cool for always trying to figure out events to host for the residents. And the shuttle is so close

|Recommended: YesGreat Student Living — University Place has been a really great experience for us. The staff has always been really accommodating, and the complex has many fun amenities like a pool with a volleyball net, an outside bar grill spot with a tv, and a gaming lounge with printing service, tv's, and a billiards table. I really like this location because it is so close to campus. To walk to my class it only takes me about 20 minutes, however now that the new Bulldog Express bus system stops right in front of Sorority row, I can make it to class in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great experience and very affordable.

Indian students, this is a home away from home, neighborhood is the best at this place, as it is said that there is always a family far from the family. people at University place is a family, we live together, party together and at difficult times stand along with each other. right from the Apartment mates to the staff everyone comes together in the good and bad times.
