|Recommended: YesThis is a nice student living facility because it is fairly priced, furnished, and close to campus. The area is fairly quiet and I only heard noisy neighbors after hours a handful of times. We had a bug problem due to messy neighbors downstairs, but the office was quick to resolve the problem and have pest control come out. The staff are friendly and the printer room was extremely helpful to have. I wish the garages were wider, but the outdoor parking lot worked fine for my truck.

|Recommended: YesIts An Great Comfortable Place To Live. — I think a big plus to these apartments is all the amenities. it makes you want to socialize and meet new people. The apartment itself has everything you may need for a beginning college student. Everything that was included was great and extremely useful.

|Recommended: YesUniversity Place Review — There is lots of parking availability so far. I don't typically hear the neighbors, but can hear noisy residents in or near the pool late at night after 11 00 pm . The grounds are very clean and the staff have been professional thus far. My main complaint so far is that I have submitted maintenance requests for all three air conditioning units in the apartment and the problems have not been fixed in a timely fashion.

|Recommended: YesDon't Park Outside The Complex, Too Risky — Living in this apartment is decent. Although my car was smashed and took my jackets in the early hours of the night. My car was parked outside so I immediately got a parking garage inside d complex. Overall, compared to other apts., this os ok. Just don't risk parking outside. its your choice.
