|Recommended: YesA Very Good Place To Stay — As a first time apartment resident, I can say over the time that I've been here that University Place has been quite accommodating, even during the current circumstances. The apartments themselves are not too large, but not terribly small either, with each room being more than enough room for the maximum occupancy.
One of the best parts of staying here so far has been the very attentive staff, who are often very quick to answer calls and questions. Any time I've had an issue with a house problem, the maintenance staff responded and worked to fix the issue, always in a very short time frame. The overall complex is clean and well taken care of as well, so it's nice to walk around the area.
If I had to give any gripes it would have to be the parking and the noise potential. Parking outside is not easy, as the complex is in a cul-de-sac and thus has limited space, and the garage space also seemed limited. I wouldn't say this is exactly a problem, but something to definitely talk about if you have a car and need a place to put it. Never hurts to make sure beforehand. The noise potential is something else to take note of. Each apartment in a building are built basically next to each other, so you'll probably hear some noise from those closest to your room, or anyone directly outside.
That being said, most of the people living here are courteous and not overly loud unless a get together is happening Like for 4th of July . Just don't be surprised if you hear the occasional sound of furniture or a pet. Throughout my time here, none of the noises I've heard have ever been enough to warrant a major issue. So long as you don't expect complete silence, you'll enjoy your time here.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good Move So Far — So far, I haven't come across any issues so far regarding my housing or the property around my housing. Prior to moving, the staff was very communicative. Since moving, I haven't needed to contact anyone.

Very clean environment. I always see employees cleaning outside everyday and apartments are very clean. Very peaceful enviorment. I give it a 100 percent.

|Recommended: YesIts A Great Place Lo Live In For A Student — It's a great place with a nice area to hang out with others. There are no noises to complain about and the outside area is well kept. Great location if you are a student attending Fresno State. The rooms are well furnished and definitely at a good price.
